Our mission

Our aim is to offer the volunteers an authentic real up close working adventure within the African bush. Second to none this program is balanced and offers a hands-on conservation experience giving the clients a true understanding of conservation in action including but not limited to - bush knowledge, K9 handling skills, reserve maintenance plus informal lessons conducted in the bush on African wildlife and working with K9’s.
Benefits the volunteers will offer K9 conservation is the much needed help on the community reserve which is aiming at increasing animal populations through the fixing fences and roads, snare sweeps, the eradication of alien plant invasive etc plus the one on one handling and care of dogs training for deployment in the protection of wildlife.
K9 Conservation will offer the volunteers basic K9 handling skills training, an understanding of conservation management, bush skills and knowledge all conducted by professional experienced field guides and trainers. Accommodation is shared and comfortable with 3 meals offered daily.
